Look at how the checks are made

Our method is open. So are its limits.

TradeVenn organizes provider information around questions you can check at the source: services, legal entities, availability, costs and terms.

What appears in a comparison

Only records published through the content system are included. Demo data, drafts and unpublished material do not appear in the public library. Material facts require context and a source; a review date does not guarantee that nothing has changed since.

Reviews distinguish the brand, legal entity, jurisdiction and product details. Information reported by a provider is identified as such; reporting alone does not make it independently verified.

Missing information stays missing

An undocumented fee is not a zero fee. Unverified eligibility is not approval to open an account. Where there is no numerical basis for a score, we do not invent one.

Eligibility information requires dated evidence for the relevant jurisdiction. Under the site’s freshness policy, information older than 90 days, future-dated information and conflicting sources are treated as unverified. This is an editorial policy, not regulatory approval. The global catalogue and questionnaire do not assess residence or eligibility.

How results are ordered

The directory can be sorted by name or latest update and filtered by your choices. The homepage shortlist is ordered by name, not provider quality.

The comparison table preserves your selection order. You can compare two to four providers from the same category. The differences-only view keeps missing information and material conditions visible.

What the preference questionnaire does

The questionnaire narrows the global catalogue to your chosen service category. No country is selected, residence is not inferred from the site language, and appearing in the results does not confirm eligibility.

In the current version of the questionnaire, a category match receives 80 points out of 100. Currency lists lack dated evidence for each item, so currency preferences currently add no points. The result reflects preference relevance, not provider quality.

Capital, experience, style and leverage add no points. The questionnaire does not infer your risk tolerance or ability to absorb losses, and it does not replace appropriate advice. Each result explains what affected the score and what did not.

What we do not claim

We do not claim to have tested accounts with real money, achieved trading success, obtained professional approval for every review or partnered with every listed provider. We offer no live prices, promised returns or guarantee that a provider will accept you.

Author and reviewer details will appear only where real people and their work can be verified. Do not assume that each page currently has an individual professional review.

Links and updates

Missing, inactive or expired links are not presented as available offers.

Financial content changes must go through the publication process. Reviews show the checked information and dates; verify current terms with the provider before acting.

Corrections and updates

A mistake we find is corrected in the record itself, with a new check date only when the source was read again. The "updated" date reflects a change in content, not a new deployment of the site. Material changes are logged in the project’s deployment record.
