What MEXC offers

MEXC is a global crypto exchange. The source we read today is the official user agreement, which sets out the countries where the company does not provide service, the identity verification requirements and the routes for converting fiat into digital assets. Sign-up is through the registration link on our site, and there is no reader promo code. Read the full agreement before signing up, because it is the document that binds you and MEXC. Crypto trading involves high volatility, and leveraged trading can lead to losing the entire amount deposited.

What the agreement says about restricted countries

According to the agreement, MEXC does not provide service in North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Iran, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, the Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine and Canada. The restriction also covers territories under comprehensive EU or US OFAC sanctions, and jurisdictions FATF identifies as high-risk. Israel is not mentioned in the agreement, neither as restricted nor as served. Israel not being mentioned is not confirmation that Israeli residents are accepted.

Which documents verification asks for

The agreement requires complete and accurate identity information and supporting documents, including proof of identity, proof of address and contact details. For individuals, verification is based on documents issued by an official authority, such as a passport, identity card or similar ID document. The agreement does not refer specifically to an Israeli ID card and does not list which address documents are accepted. Prepare a valid passport or ID card and a recent proof of address in your name, and check during sign-up what is accepted. Make sure the details you enter match the details on your documents.

Payment and deposit routes

The agreement states that MEXC works with partners that let users convert fiat into digital assets via global bank transfer, credit or debit card and the MEXC Mastercard. It does not give a full list of deposit methods, does not mention shekels and does not say which methods are available in each country. Partner services are also subject to their own terms. Check in the account itself which methods are shown to you before your first deposit, and read the fees shown on the payment screen before you confirm.

How to confirm your account will be accepted

The pages we quoted are what MEXC publishes today, and they can change. Only MEXC can confirm that Israeli residents are accepted, during sign-up and identity verification. Before depositing, contact customer support, state that you are an Israeli resident, and keep the answer in writing. Also read the full terms linked at the bottom of this page, not only our summary. Even after the account is open, come back to these pages from time to time, because terms get updated. Whether the service suits you is your decision, and this page is not investment advice.

Is Israel on MEXC's restricted-country list?

No. Israel is not mentioned in the user agreement. That is not confirmation that Israeli residents are accepted, and only MEXC approves an account.

Which documents does MEXC need?

According to the agreement: proof of identity, such as a passport or ID card, proof of address and contact details.

Can I buy crypto on MEXC by card?

The agreement mentions fiat conversion through partners by credit or debit card, bank transfer and the MEXC Mastercard. Actual availability is checked in the account.
