What Bybit offers

Bybit is a crypto exchange with a detailed help centre. Today we read three official pages: the restricted-countries list, the individual KYC FAQ and the deposit guide. This page summarises what they say, so you can check the points that matter to Israeli residents before signing up. You can use the referral code BROKERLENS when signing up, and its benefits are subject to Bybit's terms. Trading crypto and leveraged contracts involves high volatility and the risk of losing the entire amount.

What the restricted-countries page says

The page was updated on 1 September 2026. According to it, Bybit does not provide service in the United States, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Uzbekistan, the Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine, Sevastopol, Sudan and Syria, and in the case of Bybit Virtual Asset Platform Operator LLC also in Dubai. Bybit may add jurisdictions at its sole discretion, and it does not serve parties on the US, EU and UK sanctions lists. Israel is not mentioned on the page. Israel not being mentioned is not confirmation that Israeli residents are accepted.

Which documents KYC requires

According to the FAQ page, standard verification includes an identity assessment and proof of identity. Bybit accepts a passport, identity card, residence permit or driving licence issued by your country of origin that shows a photo, name, date of birth, document number and issue date. Bybit accepts physical documents only, not e-copies or scans. Advanced verification also requires a proof of address, which cannot be older than three months. The page does not refer specifically to an Israeli ID card.

Deposit methods

The deposit guide lists four types: crypto deposit, One-Click Buy, fiat deposit and P2P trading. A crypto deposit moves coins from a wallet or another platform. One-Click Buy and P2P are routes for buying crypto with fiat. A fiat deposit goes into the account directly. The guide does not say which methods are available in each country and does not mention shekels, so check in the account itself what is shown to you. Before any transfer, read the fees and the exchange rate shown on screen.

How to confirm your account will be accepted

The pages we quoted are what Bybit publishes today, and they can change. Only Bybit can confirm that Israeli residents are accepted, during sign-up and identity verification. Before depositing, contact customer support, state that you are an Israeli resident, and keep the answer in writing. Also read the full terms linked at the bottom of this page, not only our summary. Even after the account is open, come back to these pages from time to time, because terms get updated. Whether the service suits you is your decision, and this page is not investment advice.

Is Israel on Bybit's restricted-country list?

No. Israel is not mentioned on the page updated on 1 September 2026. That is not confirmation that Israeli residents are accepted, and Bybit may add jurisdictions.

Can I upload a scan of my passport?

No. According to Bybit, KYC verification uses physical documents only, not e-copies or scans.

Is there a Bybit referral code?

Yes, BROKERLENS. Any benefits attached to the code are subject to Bybit's terms.
