Withdrawing from the website, step by step
According to the KCEX withdrawal guide, you log in at www.kcex.com and click Wallets and then Withdraw in the top right corner. Choose the coin you want to withdraw and the withdrawal network, and paste the destination address. Enter the amount and add a remark if needed; it is optional. Then confirm the address, enter the verification code sent to your email and your Google Authenticator code, and click Confirm. From there you wait for the withdrawal to arrive, and you can follow it on the Withdrawal History page.
Choosing the right network
KCEX stresses that the network you choose for the withdrawal must match the network of the receiving address. The same coin, USDT for example, can move on several networks, and an address that suits one network does not necessarily suit another. Before withdrawing, check in the receiving wallet or exchange which network your address uses, and pick exactly that network on KCEX. If you are unsure, send a small amount first and check that it arrived. Copy and paste the address instead of typing it by hand.
Minimums and fees
KCEX does not publish a single minimum table for all coins in the help pages we checked. According to the fees article, the minimum amount and the withdrawal fee are shown in the withdrawal window itself for each coin and network. The same article explains that an on-chain withdrawal fee, where it applies, depends on the coin and the network and is fixed for any amount, and that withdrawals to other KCEX users carry no fee. The KCEX fee calculator page states that withdrawals have 0 fees on all supported networks. Before confirming, check the fee and minimum shown in the window.
How long a withdrawal takes
According to the KCEX help page on withdrawals not received, a withdrawal request typically generates a unique transaction ID (TxID) within 1 to 60 minutes, depending on the token and the state of the blockchain. The TxID means KCEX has completed the transfer on its side and sent it to the network for confirmation. From that point the time depends on the network itself: congestion, transaction fees and the characteristics of the blockchain. KCEX advises contacting its online customer service immediately if no TxID has been generated in the withdrawal history after 6 hours.
Tracking a withdrawal on the blockchain
Once a TxID exists, you can look up the transaction in a blockchain explorer for the network you chose. KCEX notes that these tools show the number of confirmations and the transfer details. Copy the TxID from the Withdrawal History page, paste it into the explorer for the correct network, and check whether the transaction is still pending or already confirmed. If the transaction is confirmed on the network but the funds do not appear on the receiving side, contact the receiving wallet or exchange with the TxID.
Security and withdrawal limits
Every withdrawal from the website requires an email code and a Google Authenticator code, according to the withdrawal guide. If you have not linked Google Authenticator yet, KCEX explains on a separate page how to do it through the security settings, and reminds you to save the backup key. As for amounts: according to the KCEX KYC guide, the daily withdrawal limit for basic verification is 30 BTC, and identity verification unlocks higher limits. Keep in mind: crypto prices are highly volatile, and leveraged futures trading can quickly lead to losing the entire amount you put in.
