The international website lists Standard and Raw accounts for MT4, MT5 and cTrader.

TradingView appears under Raw in the account table. This does not establish platform or instrument availability for every entity.

Advertised Standard starting spread
1 pips

The international account page's advertised minimum; actual spreads vary by instrument and market. It is not an average or guaranteed spread.

The international MT4/MT5 table lists spread-inclusive pricing for Forex and metals. This does not cover equity-CFD commissions or every instrument.

Raw commission with USD account currency
3 USD/lot/side

Australian account-table maximum leverage
1:30

For the retail CFD accounts shown in the Australian table. Instrument limits may be lower.

Cyprus account-table maximum leverage
1:30

Trading platforms
MT4, MT5 and cTrader; the international website shows TradingView connectivity for Raw.

The Cyprus account table lists MT4, MT5 and cTrader for both accounts. The platform does not change the account's contracting legal entity.

MT4 capabilities
Charts, trade orders, alerts and MQL4 Expert Advisors, with desktop, browser and mobile access.

Platform functionality only. Automated use remains subject to the entity's agreement and any required permission.

MT5 capabilities
Depth-of-market display, an economic calendar, additional order types and a strategy tester, with browser and mobile access.

Actual CFD availability depends on the account. Technical automation support is not permission to use it under every entity.

cTrader capabilities
Charts, Level II pricing, market, limit, stop and stop-limit orders, and C# automation tools.

Desktop, web, Android and iOS access. Automation permission must be checked against the account agreement.

TradingView connection
The documented integration uses a cTrader ID and a live trading account; orders are routed through FP Markets.

The guide requires completed registration and account funding before Client Portal access. Select symbols from FP Markets' offering; a TradingView chart alone is not a broker connection.

Account currencies
AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, CAD, CHF, HKD, JPY, PLN

According to the FAQ's account-opening currency list. Deposit currencies are a separate list, and account options depend on the entity and account.

Deposit methods
The international site lists bank transfers, cards, e-wallets and crypto deposits.

Available methods are shown in the portal for the account and country. The list does not establish access for every resident or entity.

Same-name deposits and withdrawals
The FAQ requires deposited funds to be returned through their original method, prioritising cards; profits may then use another method.

Bank accounts and e-wallets must belong to the trading-account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Payment and transfer costs
The Saint Lucia agreement describes general deposit-fee coverage but permits recovery of payment-provider costs in specified circumstances.

Clauses 19.3–19.4 include funding and withdrawal activity inconsistent with trading activity. Bank charges may be deducted from the account; transfers are not guaranteed to be cost-free.

Overnight financing
Swap varies with instrument, trade direction and position size. Charges or credits are separate from spread and commission.

The swap page specifies midnight server-time rollover, usually Wednesday triple swap and Friday for some instruments. Check the symbol's specification and its long/short rates.

Saint Lucia inactivity fee
10 USD/month

FP Markets Ltd agreement clause 18.12: after a continuous 90-day period meeting the contract's inactivity definition, for an account with available funds. Accounts at USD 10 or below are archived; no further fees accrue at zero and this charge does not create a negative balance.

Saint Lucia automated-trading permission
Agreement clause 14.14 requires express prior written consent before using a robot or automated order-entry system.

Applies to the Saint Lucia FP Markets Ltd agreement. MT4, MT5 or cTrader robot functionality does not replace contractual permission.

Slippage and order execution
The Saint Lucia execution policy describes positive and negative slippage, including on Stop Loss and Take Profit orders.

A requested price is not guaranteed, especially in volatile or illiquid markets. ECN pricing does not guarantee a specific fill or exchange execution.

Saint Lucia negative-balance protection
Agreement clause 18.3 limits recovery to the client's CFD trading accounts, including funds deposited subsequently.

This does not protect deposits from trading losses and must not be extended automatically to another entity.

Saint Lucia investor-compensation membership
The FAQ states that Saint Lucia's FP Markets Ltd is not a member of an investor-compensation fund.

A licence held by another FP Markets group company does not transfer that company's protections to this account.

Demo account
FP Markets offers a demo environment for practising platform use, orders and trading tools before using a live account.

Practice does not establish future results or identical execution conditions with real money.

Raw commission in a USD account, per side per standard lot
3.5 USD / standard lot / side

Raw rate in the international account table. Opening and closing the same lot gives USD 7 in commission alone; spread and financing are additional. Match the rate to the instrument specification rather than applying it to every CFD.

1 pips

Published starting level, not an average spread or live quote. Actual spreads depend on the pair and market conditions.

Advertised starting spread, Raw
0 pips

The international forex table lists a Raw minimum of 0 for EURUSD; other pairs have different minima. Raw commission is separate.

Separate commission on Standard
No separate trading commission under the general account pricing; share CFDs are an exception

Spread and financing costs may apply. This does not make trading or every instrument free.

Raw rates by account currency
3.50 AUD, USD, NZD, SGD or CAD; 2.25 GBP; 2.75 EUR

Per side per standard lot in the international table. These are separate currency rates, not conversions of the USD rate.

International account base currencies
AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD, SGD, USD

The Standard and Raw list on the international page. Account currency is distinct from the underlying asset’s currency; check the choices offered for the actual account.

Leverage and contracting entity
Leverage depends on the entity and retail or professional client classification

There is no single maximum leverage for all countries or instruments.

Financing an overnight position
A swap debit or credit may apply according to the instrument and trade direction

Clauses 8.7–8.8 of the Bahamas agreement allow a markup on liquidity-provider rates and three-day swaps on certain instruments. Check the current instrument specification.

Deposit and withdrawal fees
Eightcap charges no internal fee; payment providers may charge transaction or currency-conversion fees

Payment methods vary by region. Funding must come from an account in the client’s name; bank or external-provider costs are distinct from Eightcap fees.

Inactivity fee, Bahamas agreement
10 holding-account currency units / month

Under the Inactive definition and clause 16: after 12 months without client-initiated ledger activity across all accounts with a balance, Eightcap may move funds into a holding account and apply a monthly charge there. This is not automatically a condition of other entities.

Inactive balances, Bahamas agreement
A balance below 20 account-currency units may be absorbed; funds held for 12 months are subject to unclaimed-money provisions

Clauses 16.3–16.6 distinguish small balances from absorption after 12 months in a holding account. An amount absorbed under clause 16.4 is recorded in a ledger; repayment of a recorded amount may be requested within 5 years after the accounts become inactive, subject to verification requirements. Entitlement then expires.

Connecting to TradingView
Use an Eightcap account configured for TradingView and connect through the Trading Panel

A free TradingView plan and a supported live or demo Eightcap account can be used. Eightcap manages deposits and withdrawals.

Negative balance under the Seychelles agreement
The agreement defines a reset of negative balances, with possible offsets against funds in the client’s other accounts

The definition and clause 7.3 allow funds in other accounts to be used before crediting the negative account, including where trades must be closed. Clauses 12.12–12.13 prohibit strategies designed to exploit the protection. This does not establish identical protection at every entity or protection against trading losses.

Leveraged-trading risk
The entire investment can be lost; a stop-loss order does not guarantee its execution price

Sharp moves and price gaps can cause slippage and position liquidation. Automatic liquidation should not be relied upon as a substitute for risk management.
