Instruments analysed simultaneously
Start: 2; Plus: 6; Pro: 20; Ultra: unlimited.
Limits apply to unique instruments, not chart windows. They do not promise a data feed for every instrument.
Indicators per chart
Start: 3; Plus: 6; Pro: 12; Ultra: unlimited.
Plan limits from the official feature matrix.
Active connections
Start and Plus: one connection; Pro: three; Ultra: unlimited.
Start and Plus are limited to real-time crypto connections. Pro and Ultra allow futures and stock data connections, subject to the provider and entitlements.
Real-time market-data connections
Start and Plus: real-time crypto and 15-minute-delayed futures; Pro and Ultra: the ability to connect live futures and stock data as well.
The ability to connect is not an exchange-data subscription. A suitable data provider or broker with the required instrument and market entitlements is needed.
Crypto Data scope
The Crypto Data connector supports Binance, Bybit and Phemex, with limited order-book depth.
For deeper data, use a supported API connection to an exchange account. Connector support does not establish eligibility to open an exchange account in a particular country.
Licence versus data subscription
Live futures and stock data come through a data provider or broker. The dxFeed connection requires a separate data subscription.
Exchange coverage, history and data depth depend on the data subscription. Trading fees and account terms are set by the broker or exchange.
Footprint charts
All plans include Footprint/Cluster charts with Bid × Ask, volume and delta views.
Useful charts also require suitable trade data. A colour or imbalance is not a buy or sell instruction.
Market Replay
The plan matrix includes Replay in Plus, Pro and Ultra, and excludes it from Start.
Replay execution
Replay orders are recorded in a training account and are not sent to a broker or exchange.
Simulator fills are immediate and complete at the chosen price. Live trading can involve slippage, partial fills and queue position. Training results do not prove profitability.
Operating systems and versions
ATAS Classic: Windows; ATAS X Beta: Windows 10 or later, or macOS Tahoe or later.
ATAS X is still under development and is not a complete replica of Classic; some features differ or are not yet available. Compatible Mac models and processors are listed in its requirements.
Windows hardware requirements
Windows 10 or later, 8 GB RAM, 80 GB free storage and a graphics card with 4 GB VRAM; at least 30 Mbps internet.
Minimum processors are Intel Core i5-6600, i5-7500, i3-8100 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, or newer. DirectX 11 and OpenGL 4.0 compatibility is required; Heatmap requires Vulkan. Workload depends on charts, modules and loaded history.
Ultra MBO Bundle conditions
Bonus add-on for Ultra purchases or trials until 27 November 2026.
The pricing page says access may become paid afterward. The indicators work through Rithmic; dxFeed support is still in development. Permanent free access is not promised.
Big Trades history
Plus, Pro and Ultra: temporarily seven days in the current matrix.
Thirty days for Pro and ninety for Ultra are marked as forthcoming.
Stopping the trial
In the Personal Area, use the gear icon and Stop Trial, or Payment Methods and Disable auto renewal.
The instructions include a short survey. Cancellation ends the trial and returns the account to Start; complete it before expiry to avoid conversion to a subscription.
Cancelling a paid subscription
Cancelling during a paid term leaves the plan active until the next payment date; it then reverts to Start if no payment is received.
Stopping renewal is not a refund request. Removing the payment method or using Disable auto renewal is done in the Personal Area under the provider's instructions.
Refund offer on the pricing page
The pricing page advertises a full refund requested within 14 days of the first payment by contacting support@atas.net.
The wording differs from section 5 of the licence agreement, which leaves the decision to the supplier. Keep the purchase terms and contact support within the stated window.
Meaning of a Lifetime licence
A perpetual licence paid once, while the agreement's conditions are met and the service continues.
The agreement does not guarantee ongoing availability, maintenance or updates for every feature. Lifetime access remains subject to termination of the agreement and does not automatically include market data.
OCO orders with a Rithmic connection
The connection documentation says OCO is simulated locally on the computer and requires an active broker connection.
If the connection drops and one order fills, the other will not be cancelled automatically. Check actual order status with the broker.
dxFeed analysis limitations
For dxFeed charts, cluster data are supported on minute and second charts; Replay and Big Trades history are unsupported.
The documentation also lists unsupported candle types, including Delta and Order Flow. Connector limits remain after upgrading the software plan.
Checking Mac model compatibility with macOS Tahoe
The 2018 MacBook Air and 2018 Mac mini do not appear on Apple's Tahoe-compatible model list, although the ATAS X page includes them in its stated model range.
Both ATAS's operating-system requirement and Apple's model compatibility must be satisfied. Apple's list does not certify every tool or connector in ATAS X.
